Gathered Foods brings together Jimmy The Argentine® and Island Curries, two established Tasmanian food brands.
Island Curries was founded in 2007 by Rob Mollross. Jimmy The Argentine® was founded by Santiago Luna in 2020.
In 2023, Santi began working with Rob at the Island Curries HACCP-certified facility. That working relationship led to the acquisition of Island Curries in 2025 and the creation of Gathered Foods.
Today, Gathered Foods focuses on looking after both brands while creating space for future food products built with the same care and values.
