'Chennai' Curry Paste 50g

This is a seeded, South Indian–style curry paste with a coarser texture than your lamb or beef pastes due to the high proportion of whole spices. It delivers a deep savoury flavour built on fenugreek, fennel, and aromatic seeded spices.

This paste is designed to be cooked with diced tomatoes, producing a rich, well-balanced curry with natural acidity and spice depth. It works well with beef, lamb, chicken, seafood, or vegetables.

All of our curry pastes are mild by design. Extra chilli can be added during cooking to suit your taste.
