'Goan' Curry Paste 225g

This is a traditional Goan-style curry paste that pairs beautifully with fish and seafood. It produces a fragrant, well-balanced curry with cloves and fennel as two of the key flavour notes, giving a warm, aromatic finish without overpowering delicate fish.

The paste may be finished with yoghurt to form a light sauce and drizzled over baked, fried, or steamed fish. It also works well in a curried mornay for an alternative baked dish.

Suitable for use with almost any type of fish or seafood.

All of our curry pastes are mild by design. Extra chilli can be added during cooking to suit your taste.
