'Tikka' Curry Paste 225g jar

This is a classic Indian-style Tikka curry paste designed for use as a marinade and cooking base. It delivers the familiar warm, aromatic Tikka flavour with balanced spices and gentle acidity, producing a lightly smoky, savoury finish once cooked.

It is ideally suited to chicken, but also works well with lamb, fish, paneer, or vegetables. The paste may be used for grilling, roasting, baking, or pan-frying, and can also be finished with cream or yoghurt to create a Tikka-style curry.

All of our curry pastes are mild by design. Extra chilli can be added during cooking to suit your taste.
