Island Curries
Island Curries began with Rob Mollross, a Hobart local who set out to make proper curry pastes—full of flavour, handcrafted, and made with care. Rob’s focus was always on quality, not quantity. He built the brand around freshly ground spices, simple methods, and flavours that worked in everyday Tasmanian kitchens.
Today, we continue that legacy with the same commitment Rob started. At our HACCP-certified facility in Tasmania, aromatic spices such as coriander, cumin, cloves, and peppercorns are freshly ground to lock in the depth and warmth that define every Island Curries paste.
Island Curries pastes are designed to be easy to use—straightforward instructions, versatile flavours, and recipes that anyone can follow. Each paste works beautifully with meats, fish, or vegetables, and you can easily adjust heat levels by adding your own chilli while cooking, making them suitable for the whole family.

Easy to Use
Island Curries pastes are simple to work with—just use a ratio of 100g paste per 1kg of your main ingredient, whether that's vegetables, beef, lamb, chicken, pork, or fish.
