This is a seeded, pickling-spice style curry paste inspired by the Achaari tradition of Hyderabad, South India. It features the distinct savoury tang that Achaari curries are known for, created by a blend of seeded spices and pickling aromatics.
It produces a robust, savoury curry with gentle acidity and works particularly well with chicken thigh, but is also well suited to lamb, beef, vegetables, or paneer.
All of our curry pastes are mild by design. Extra chilli can be added during cooking to suit your taste.
