Harissa Paste 210g

Harissa is a traditional North African chilli paste, widely used in Moroccan cooking. It is made from crushed red chillies, blended with garlic, spices, lemon juice, olive oil, and mint, producing a bold, aromatic heat with fresh citrus lift.

It may be used as a condiment, stirred through soups and stews, added to marinades, or used to finish meat, vegetables, seafood, eggs, or roasted dishes.

All of our pastes are mild by design. Extra chilli can be added during cooking to suit your taste.
