'Khorma P' Curry Paste 50g
Khorma P is a paprika-forward khorma-style curry paste with a deeper, richer colour and fuller body than most khormas. It is highly aromatic and gently sweet, with a distinct flavour built on cinnamon, paprika, and cumin.
This paste produces a rich, rounded curry and is well suited to both home cooking and foodservice use.
All of our curry pastes are mild by design. Extra chilli can be added during cooking to suit your taste.
For simple variations, finely diced sweet potato, pumpkin, or parsnips make an excellent addition. For a popular twist, substitute plain Greek yoghurt with mango yoghurt for a slightly sweeter finish.
Get Started Recipe – Serves 3–4

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan on high heat.

Add 1 diced onion and caramelise, stirring frequently.

Add 50g Khorma P curry paste to 500g bite-size beef or lamb, then add to the pan.

Add chilli powder to taste (start with up to ¼ tsp).

Stir frequently for 10 minutes, lowering heat once browned until liquid begins to form.

Add ½ cup chopped coriander leaves and vegetables (such as 1 cup frozen peas).

Simmer for 15 minutes.

Stir through either 1 can coconut milk or 2 heaped tbsp Greek yoghurt.

Serve with rice, naan, or crusty bread with butter.
