'Madras' Curry Paste 50g

This is a classic Madras-style curry paste made specifically for full-bodied beef curries. It delivers a rich, zesty flavour built on mustard seeds and turmeric, which also give the finished curry its traditional golden colour and aromatic depth.

All of our curry pastes are mild by design, allowing the natural spices to shine. Extra chilli can be added during cooking for those who prefer more heat.

This paste is ideal for slow-cooked beef, and also works well with lamb, goat, or vegetables.

For a simple variation, add green beans during the final 30 minutes of cooking for added colour and texture.
