This is a traditional Kashmiri-style Rogan Josh curry paste with a warm, fragrant spice profile and deep, earthy richness. It produces a beautifully coloured curry with balanced flavour and gentle warmth, making it ideal for slow cooking.
Rogan Josh is traditionally made with braised meat in a sauce built on aromatic spices and Kashmiri chilli, creating a full-bodied curry with a vibrant red colour and complex depth. This paste is especially suited to lamb, but also works beautifully with beef, goat, chicken, or vegetables.
All of our curry pastes are mild by design. Extra chilli can be added during cooking to suit your taste.
