'Tandoori' Curry Paste 50g
This is a traditional North Indian–style Tandoori paste, specifically formulated as a marinade for cooking, not a ready-made sauce. It delivers the bold, aromatic flavours that Tandoori cooking is known for — warm spices, gentle acidity, and a deep savoury finish.
This paste is designed to be rubbed directly onto meat or vegetables before cooking and is especially well suited to chicken, but also works beautifully with lamb, fish, paneer, or vegetables.
It contains no artificial colours or flavours — only natural ingredients.
Quick Recipe – Tandoori Chicken Drumsticks

Using a sharp knife, make a few shallow cuts in the skin of the drumsticks.

Rub approximately 50g Tandoori paste evenly over the chicken.

Set aside to marinate (30 minutes minimum, overnight for best flavour).

Preheat oven to moderate–hot.

Place on a lightly oiled baking tray and cook until fully cooked and lightly charred.
Time-saving tip: If short on time, microwave the basted drumsticks for 5 minutes before transferring to the oven. This reduces total cooking time and helps ensure the chicken is cooked through.
