'Vindaloo' Mild Curry Paste 225g
This is a classic Goan-style Vindaloo, made using a traditional spice blend that delivers the true character of this iconic Indian curry. Cloves, vinegar, and star anise give this paste its distinct tangy warmth and deep, robust flavour.
This curry paste is highly versatile and may be used with chicken, beef, lamb, pork, seafood, or vegetables, making it just as suitable for vegetarian cooking as it is for meat-based dishes.

Recipe Suggestion – Serves 4–6

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pot.

Add 1 diced onion and sauté until lightly browned.

Add 2 tbsp Vindaloo paste and stir for 3–4 minutes to release the spices.

Add 500g diced chicken, meat, or fish. Cook on high heat, stirring for 10 minutes until liquid forms and begins to simmer.

Add chilli powder to taste, if desired.

Add 1 x 440ml can diced tomatoes and stir through.

Add ½ cup chopped coriander leaves.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

Stir through 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt, allow to gently simmer, then remove from heat.

Serve with basmati rice.
